Windtuner pressure scanners integrate 16 independent pressure sensor modules inside a compact and robust enclosure. Each module contains a microprocessor, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, and EEPROM memory. The EEPROM stores calibration coefficients and identification data, including measurement range, range code, and factory information. The embedded microprocessor applies compensation algorithms to correct offset, span, linearity, and thermal errors based on stored calibration data.
The Windtuner Ethernet Intelligent Pressure Scanner
The modular sensor packaging simplifies replacement and maintenance. Windtuner pressure scanner incorporates a maintenance-free internal pneumatic valve system. When connected to an external pneumatic supply, users switch valve states through command instructions to perform measurement or calibration functions.
Our pressure scanners support three operating modes:
· RUN mode: Continuous data acquisition.
· CAL mode: Zero calibration, full-scale calibration, and customized multi-point calibration.
· PURGE mode: Pneumatic line purging and cleaning.
The operation system of our pressure scanners supports IEEE1588V2-2008 Precision Time Protocol. Through UDP broadcast, the scanner acquires host PTP time and synchronizes its internal clock. This design maintains long-term clock accuracy. Its internal battery is capable of supplying power to the clock chip for extended periods. Windtuner pressure scanners output timestamps during data streaming to support synchronized multi-device testing.
Key features of the Windtuner pressure scanners include:
· 16 calibrated&integrated sensor modules.
· Support for internal zeroing, full scale calibration, and custom multi-point calibration.
· Maintenance-free built-in pneumatic valve system with selectable operating modes.
· Support for IEEE1588V2-2008 Precision Time Protocol.
· Timestamp output during data stream acquisition.
· Remote firmware upgrade capability.
· Selectable and customizable sensor measurement ranges.
Our pressure scanner is an accurate multi-channel pressure measurement and control device. While supporting 16 channels with sampling rates up to 500 Hz per channel, its accuracy can also reach ±0.05% FS. Its overall design accommodates wide temperature environments and remains compatible with multiple communication protocols.
We conduct stability verification, electromagnetic compatibility testing, and vibration testing to validate long-term performance. Our engineering teams resolved wide-temperature sealing challenges and implemented in-situ calibration capability. The Windtuner Ethernet Intelligent Pressure Scanner provides an economically advantageous alternative to monopolized systems and addresses the stability and service cycle issues that have limited other solutions in the market.
