A New Generation of Pressure Scanners

Windtuner's flagship product is the Ethernet Intelligent Pressure Scanner, designed for dry, non-corrosive gases. With an accuracy of up to ±0.05%FS, 24-bit resolution, and a sampling frequency of 500 Hz per channel, it delivers the kind of reliability and high performance mandatory for harsh environments, such as aerospace and energy research.
Windtuner’s pressure scanner stands out by dealing with a number of issues complicating measurement processes, a big step forward from traditional instruments. It offers automatic zeroing, on par with the rest of its full scaling functions, including multi-point calibration to minimize downtime. The scanner’s operating system supports IEEE1588V2 Precision Time Protocol for synchronization across distributed test systems, and includes a built-in maintenance-free pneumatic valve system for durability. Users can also benefit from remote firmware updates overtime.
We hold the straightforward idea of designing a gas scanner with more functions at a smaller size. A modular structure is certainly included as well. The scanner’s 16-channel units might be enough to cover the scale of measurement needed, or multiple scanners can be distributed among a larger network for greater projects. This makes our pressure scanner adept at flexibility.

Each of the 16 pressure sensor modules in our pressure scanner is calibrated in Windtuner's calibration wind tunnel laboratory, our self-owned facility accredited by CNAS. Besides product quality and military-level recognition gained from China, Windtuner's Ethernet Intelligent Pressure Scanner has also obtained the CE mark, the quality certification authorized by EU, meeting its strict regulatory requirements. Implementing Integrated Systems and Software
We’ve gradually developed our portfolio into an integrated ecosystem that includes multi-hole probes, Electric Actuators, and WindLabX measurement and control software. For example, our five-hole probe can be mounted on our Electric Actuator, connected directly to a pressure scanner. The actuator is used for directing the probe to perform precise 3D positioning. Our self-developed WindLabX software coordinates the whole networking and data visualization of the devices. WindLabX supports multi-device networking, customizable user interfaces, real-time alarms, and database integration. Based on Windtuner’s embedded algorithms, users can visualize measurement data into flow field structures, or even automate entire test sequences. Combined with pressure probes or scanners, we successfully use our products to form a seamless and well-performing testing system. Our solution minimizes user workload and maximizes experimental efficiency.
