The 2025 Civil Aircraft Industry Experiment and Testing Conference was successfully held in Shanghai from November 12th to 13th. Being the most influential annual event in China’s commercial aircraft experimental community, more than 350 experts hailing from regulatory agencies, research institutes, aircraft OEMs, and equipment supply companies came together to explore the digital transformation path for China’s validation infrastructure. Windtuner designed a maintenance-free pneumatic valve system and integrated internal zero calibration, full-range calibration, and customizable multipoint calibration. The scanner supports the IEEE 1588 V2-2008 Precision Time Protocol and pairs with Windtuner measurement and control software to create a unified workflow from sampling to data post-processing. This architecture serves high-accuracy test needs on engines, gas turbines, and wind tunnels.

Windtuner’s multi-hole probe series covers complex spatial flow fields and delivers accurate flow-direction, velocity, and angle measurements for aircraft aerodynamic layouts. The classic and most all-round 5-hole airspeed probe features a waterproof, anti-icing design and a three-dimensional interpolation algorithm that maintains stable performance through demanding weather conditions, supporting both low-altitude aircraft and commercial aircraft airworthiness campaigns.
